If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us through our website.   Because all of our materials are in "e-product" form a return of the product and a traditional refund are not feasible.  However; if you are truly dissastisfied with a unit or package you have purchased, please do contact us.  We will either exchange your materials file for a new one or work with you to correct the problem.  We are not responsible for any problems due to adobe or other software not running on your computer.   If we cannot resolve a problem with our actual product, you will receive a credit in the same form as the original payment type.   If you wish to contact us in writing, please send us a fax at (618)372-3154.
